Having spent many years as a parent of a CTE student, Nora stepped into a leadership role in 2025 when the program needed her the most.
Traci's Story
Traci Schultz has been involved with Creative Theatre Experience since 2006. She was raised in a theatre-loving family and has always had a strong appreciation for the arts. As a lifelong lover of theatre, she enjoyed watching her daughters participate in everything from the Arts Festival to Showcase productions.
Traci works as an assistant principal at Southworth Elementary in Yelm, where she is passionate about supporting and encouraging young people in their growth and creativity.
