Emma is excited to expand her role with Creative Theatre Experience, leading our after-school program.

Emma's Story

Emma Sorensen is a former CTE student and is thrilled to be the Showcase Musical Director and After School Director. You may recognize her from around the Olympia theater community, where she’s often found performing, teaching, or catching a show.

Outside of theater, Emma works as an editor and educator. She recently served as the lead editor on a PBS documentary highlighting the importance of inclusion in theater. She is passionate about creating collaborative, welcoming spaces where young artists can grow and tell meaningful stories.​
